Ordering

How can I place an order online?

Simply find the product you want, select any options if applicable and click the buy button. Once you have all your products in the shopping cart you may click the "View Cart" link. Review your order and when ready click the Check Out button.

How can I see whats in my cart?
On the top left corner of every page is a "View Cart" button

Can I place orders by phone?
Yes, we are happy to take your phone orders at 877-754-8297, 9AM - 6PM ET, Mon - Fri.

What are the payment options?
All online orders can be paid for by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We now offer PayPal and Google Checkout options too!.

Do you charge sales tax?
If we are shipping the products within the state of Florida there will be sales tax(6.5%). Even if the billing address is in another state.

As a consumer can I purchase cases?
Yes. We provide small quantities for consumers but we have no restrictions on the quantity purchased by any customer, including case quantities.

Order Tracking

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track the order directly on our website.
You may track the order from the UPS website if shipped via UPS.
Or contact our customer care department.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, emails are sent out automatically to the email you gave when registering.

How do I change or cancel my order?
The best way is to call customer service immediately at 1877-754-8297. Orders that have already shipped may not be changed. No cancellations are accepted without a valid RMA number, given to you by customer service.

What if my order is undeliverable?
If the order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees charged by the delivery service during the original delivery, return and any further deliveries.

What if my order gets refused upon delivery?
Packages should only be refused if there is obvious, major damage to the outside of the package. Or if previously agreed upon by our customer service department. If you want to cancel an order you must obtain an RMA number and customer service will provide additional instruction for shipping the product back to us.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

If, for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service department at 1877-754-8297 for a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA) within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without this number. Note: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in resalable condition.

How long before I receive my refund?
After we have received the items and inspected them you will be sent an email confirming the total of the credit. Credit will be issued within 3 to 10 business days depending on your finacial institution.

Do you charge restocking fees?
We do not charge restock fees.

What if my order arrives with damaged or incorrect items?
Please inspect all packages upon arrival. We will not be able to accept returned items after 30 days of purchase. If your products do arrive damaged call customer service at 1877-754-8297 to be issued an RMA number. We will not accept returns without this number. If the order arrives with incorrect items please call customer service immediately and we will arrange to have those items shipped back to us at no cost to you.

Shipping

When does my order ship?

We make every effort to ship the order to you on the same day that you place the order. After 3:00 PM EST orders might ship the following day. If products are ordered after 3:00 PM EST on a Friday, they may not ship until the following Monday.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, but you must select one of the United States Postal Service options when ordering. UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, but you the customer is responsible for customs taxes and duties, this may or may not be paid for on our website depending on the shipping options selected. See below for explanation of shipping options to Canada. Delay time with Canadian customs is not under our control and therefore we are unable to give an estimated amount of time this could add to your delivery.


Currently we use two delivery methods to Canada:

UPS - included in this fee will be a brokerage fee charged by UPS, also included are any duties or taxes from customs. This is the reason this option will be higher, but you are paying everything up front.

Priority Mail International - Customs fees are not included in this option. Also the United States Postal Service will charge a proccessing fee for sending it to Canada. We are told by the USPS that this fee is a flat $5.00 per package. Neither of these fees are included in the total charge you pay to us when checking out.

Do you ship to Internationally?
Yes, but please call customer service at 1877-754-8297 to place international orders.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout and is based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.

Will the items on my order ship together or seperately?
We make every effort to send your products together in one shipment. However some products may ship from different warehouses. You will only be charged one shipping fee during the checkout process.

What if my order arrives with shipping damage?
If your order arrives with obvious damage from shipping please contact us immediately at 1877-754-8297. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you retain the damaged boxes that the product arrived in. Without these it is very difficult for us to file a claim with the shipper.

Are online transactions on your website secure?

Yes, we use SSL encryption technology to ensure that all your information cannot be intercepted and read over the Internet.

How do you use my contact information?
Your privacy is important to us.  In order to register and place an order to purchase, we require certain information.  We do not sell, trade or otherwise disclose your personal information including, but not limited to, name, address, email address,  and  credit card information.

We may from time to time contact you via email or phone regarding a specific order,  and from time to time with information on products and promotions.

You may choose to stop receiving our marketing e-mails by sending an e-mail to optout@bigordersavings.com or follow the opt-out procedures set forth in our marketing emails.

By calling our customer service number at 1877-754-8297 we will provide any MSDS sheet (ingredients listing) asked for.
